what is the price of the departure tax if you have been in the Dominican Republic for awhile? NOT the $20 tax,the amount if you are Canadian and have been in the DR for a few months.need to know today if at all possible.....thanks so much,I have a handful of numbers with no success

I had to pay US 82$ in departure taxes to D.R. govt. when I left Santo Domingo for NYC last week. Are you talking about taxes or the separate fee for staying longer than the standard tourist card time allotment?
