Well, Kidz... after our long wait, (a little longer than anticipated, but worth it!), our condo in Cortecito IS DONE. Several of the other owners have moved in, and we will be flying down to our new "second home" to take possession this coming weekend! Wooo HOOOOO! Can't wait! We've seen pics, and the place looks even better than we had hoped for. I'm "touching wood" as I say all of this, since I don't believe in counting chickens before they've hatched, but barring extraordinary circumstances (even by Dominican standards), by Monday this should be signed, sealed and delivered.
