I just read an article in the NY Times about a new effort in China that is using excess heat from power plants to de-salinate water. It costs twice as much to produce the water as it sells for. This sounds like the perfect opportunity for investments by the DR Government. It falls right in place with Wind Farms, Metros, and the internal development of Solar Panel production at tech parks in the DR. The more you make, the more you lose. Does that not sound like a strategy consistent with policies here?

Please notice I am being facetious. Or am I?

No you are not!
Hillbilly pointed out that the "windmills" cost twice as much in the DR,as in the USA!
I see a lot of new "Yipettas" coming to the "Party Faithful" in the DR!
