Buenas, anoche envie este correo a los principales periodicos, periodista del pais y mi abogado, estoy muy molesto por como me expulsaron sin razon alguna en el casino cirsa del hotel hispaniona en Republica Dominicana.


Mi abogado me recomend? intentar resolver la situaci?n atravez de la comunicaci?n antes de tomar cualquier paso
Necesito saber si atraves de ustedes puedo solicitar esta injusticia, anti-democrata que hicieron conmigo anoche.

Buenas Noches, en el casino del hotel Hispaniola de la firma cirsa estan estafando a los jugadores. Si juegas pierdes no hay problema alguno pero si ganas mucho te expulsan del casino. hoy sabado 12 de noviembre 2011 a las 2 de la manana despues de tener alrededor de 1h jugando el jefe de seguridad me expulso del casino haciendome pasar una gran verguenza. no estaba haciendo nada mas que jugar y ganar. tengo alrededor de 7 dias corrido visitando el casino y ganando. El gerente me dijo de mala forma que no vuelva a ese casino que no soy bienvenido, A caso no es esto una estafa? Asi es como Los ladrones en traje abusan de las personas? Mas aun el espero que perdiera varias manos corrida para expulsarme

La ruleta es un juego de eventos indendientes no hay forma de predecir que numero de 38 saldra, al parecer la suerte ah estado de mi lado y eh sabido cuando retirarme.

porfavor si pueden hacer la denuncia publica se los agradecere estoy dispuesta a colaborar en todo lo necesario si sus periodistas desean hacer algun reportaje.



Estoy dispuesto a proceder legalmente si asi lo require el caso.

You are complaining that you were expelled for no good reason, other than you kept winning? My Spanish is not great, but that is what I read. If that is your point, forget it. Every casino in the world, including those under strict control including Vegas and AC, have the right to ban any gambler they wish. I know of no constitutional right, in any country, which guarantees the right to gamble. I think your lawyer was hoping you would just move on. Remember. this is the country which allows the casinos to play progressive roulette or scams.

The casino is private property. Just as if someone in your home is no longer welcome and you tell that person to leave, the casino has the same right, and for whatever reason it wants.

This is normal practice at casinos everywhere in the world. If you are winning too much money you are asked to take your winnings and please leave and not come back. In Vegas, where every intricate detail of the casinos is strictly regulated by state law, if a player is bleeding the house dry, there is a certain point when the casino will ask the player to leave. The player keeps his or her winnings, provided there is no evidence that the player committed an illegal act to cheat, (counting cards in black jack is not illegal and not considered cheating) but the player will be issued a trespass warning and told that he/she is no longer welcome at the casino and may be arrested for trespassing if he/she returns to the casino.

I think you sound like the kind of dramatist who makes a pain of himself in a casino, the guy everyone wants kicked out as he has a big mouth and for some reason wins a few hands and then considers himself to be the biggest high roller the land has ever seen. We've all seen you, we've all been irritated by you, don't make an even bigger jerk of yourself by threatening Casinos, you plonker!

DR casinos are not about anyone but the house winning. If you want regulated games go elsewhere but dont complain about it here.

So if you keep winning at Hispaniola Casino, they kick you out. That's not news. They do it all the time. Thus, I stay away from these places.

"Defamacion" is an easy charge to make in the DR.
You want to slander a casino on a public forum,you may end up spending time and a LOT of money defending yourself against the charge.

A casino is not a scam; they just lure you in with free things, a nice and glittery ambiance and then most people actually think they have a chance...:bunny::bunny::bunny:

Totally not at all!! i know I can get kicked for that.

i have a system that is killing casino odds making me winning more than losing.. and now the casino is not allowing me to play.,. so what happend if you lose? will their not allow you to play? this is totally fraud.,.

i made some reseach and found you all are right about the casino.. but we might have some light and the end

Pasaremos su denuncia, pero lo mejor ser?a que demandara al casino por da?os y perjuicios, discriminaci?n entre otros, ya que los casinos son juegos de azar y est?n regulados por el Ministerio de Hacienda, tambi?n puede interponer una queja en esa instituci?n.

lol - you are a funny guy.

Dominican casinos are dodgy as hell - what do you expect? They are Dominican and they are casinos.

Take a look at the name on the chips and then reference the FBI files on-line.
Then take a look at who actually runs the casinos - ask around town about these guys.
Craps dice have been "baked".
Cards have been "machined".

Best off playing the poker tables if you are going to win regularly - that way they still get their rake no matter what you win.
But do it respectfully as the table owners do get a bit territorial.


It is like the 1980s in the Dominican casino world - I love it personally but forewarned is forearmed.

Julio, this doesn't add up. A guy who has systems for games and yet does not even know basic casino policy. I have seen many people kicked out of casinos in DR, and it is rarely because they are winning big time. How much were you up out of interest?

I've never played roulette in my life, but there are some things you notice after living down the boardwalk from Atlantic City for 30+ years.
