5 hours or more minimum by road... Or, you can fly to Punta Cana daily at 2:30pm from Las Terrenas with a flight time of 45 minutes with Aerodomca.

Was planning to take highway down from north down to Route 3 past San Pedro, through La Romana to Higuey and then on from there, but worried that there isn't clear signposting once I get to La Romana.
