My sister lives in Cofresi. I'd say that is a very good price for the area, but, of course, you would need to see it to buy it. Never believe what you read or see in ads of real estate in the DR. Also, having a clear title is important. I would also say that it should sell for much more than that so I suspect that something is wrong somewhere.... I also would recommend involving a real estate agent and, of course, a good real estate lawyer.
