Hello everyone! On behalf of my brother, I am trying to make contact with a Mr John Mulvaney, a British ex-pat living somewhere in the north of the DR, in perhaps the Mar?a Trinidad S?nchez province or near it. I am also looking for a Mr Jason Matthews, whom at one time had a business called North Coast Management. I am trying to contact John Mulvaney again but have not heard from him for some time. I am getting a bit concerned that he may be ill or in some other wise incapacitated.
