Does anyone know of a flower shop in the north coast that I can place an order from over the phone and pay with a credit card? I want to send my novia something for valentines day and have them delivered with a nice balloon. She lives in puerto plata. I found one webiste but they don't have baloons. I know it's a little early but I want to plan this early.
