Hello. I am strongly considering open a Chino type of eatery. Would any of you business people happen to know what the process is to achieve this? Thank you for your help.

Let me just say that if someone could make a 'Dim Sum' place in the form that exists in New York or San Francisco, I would go there 3 times a week!

Chino food here is far too Dominicanized - it's either greasy spoon, or greasy fork. OKay that's one niche. But there's still room for a proper dimsum restaraunt.
