where I could find information / overview about franchise systems offered in the DR? (Besides "Helados Bon").

Need a general overview since I only know of Helados Bon. Anyway, thanks for your input...

And yes, I know to use "google", but I care more for opinion here in the forum i. e. somebody has experience or not with some of them...

What about KFC, the Pizza joints etc etc. I thought there was loads of opportunity down that road in DR. I never would do business in DR mind so I'm a bit green on these things.

This are not locally developed franchises, these are from the USA.

since the "Helados Bon" Franchise requires 750 000 to 1 000 000 RD$ I like to find out "si vale la pena..."

Does anybody have any experience with them?

Hmmm...they must have gone up in prices lately, because an Helados Bon franchise only required 250k a few years back and yes they do make money depending on location of course. I know a person who owns four of them and she's doing quite well, but the market is pretty saturated now so would be hard to find a good location nowadays.

The entry is 150k but all together (equipment etc.) it adds up to the mentioned amounts.
