Flights from SDQ to Port au Prince Haiti HELP !!!

Hi !
Im Haitian currently living in Turkey. Im planning to go back to haiti via Santo Domingo since it is much cheaper. Now I have already purchased my flight turkey to Santo but Im having trouble finding one from SDQ to Haiti.
I was told that there are some charter flights like airtaxi Vuelos Domesticos Vuelos Internos en Republica Domincana
These fly from SDQ to Haiti even Puerto Rico but I was wondering if I need to get outside of the airport or if I can just transit (I dont have Dominican residency)

Air Caraibes flies to Port au Prince from Las Americas. Tel 809 549-0404 (aircaraibes.com), also American Airlines (aa.com) Tel 809 542-5151 and American Eagle (same as aa).

Tortug'air flies out of JBQ (La Isabela International) in northern Santo Domingo. You would have to take a taxi there that would cost about US$45 from Las Americas. Welcome to Tortug'Air
Las Americas is located in eastern Santo Domingo.
