Where can I get things like balloons and a tablecloth and food coloring for my stepson's 5th birthday? They dont seem to be in La Sirena or supermarkets.

There are many places where you can get that kind fo things. But you need to find the good website which is offering these party supplies on a very large scale because then you would be able to find everything there.
What exactly are disco party supplies, do you mean like X or Special K, try Amsterdam?
