why is it like a gated community? when I've been there I've seen lots of Dominicans. I was only there in off season, and the Admiral and I were the only gringos around.
You said it yourself "expats and tourists" and your pictures said the rest. By the way I didn't state not allowed.
What's wrong with some expats? They build nice malls so they can walk around in shorts and flip flops and enjoy the ac,but they still manage to complaint now of something different.Well,if it bothers so much that the average Dominicano is not allowed in,just take it upon yourselves to invite them to that 100$ rd Presidente......

It's not that the Dominicans are not allowed it's just the average Dominican can't afford it.
I guess that's the "waytogo"...against progress in the Dominican republic.Frank reck,with all due respect,there's a lot of Dominican people that live better than you and me put together.It's a "third world country" full of corrupts and politicians looking for those kickbacks before the next round of elections come by.It's gonna take a wild before things change,why?
