hello,
i am canadian and married to a dominican we have a "separations de biens" legal pre-nuptial contract
now i have 2 childrens over 18 if i die tomorrow , and have a canadian will but no DR will and my marriage was not legailsed in canada so if i did die tomorrow who will get my belongins in DR (house, banc account etc..)

Your Canadian will be valid, except regarding your real estate, for which Dominican law mandates that local inheritance laws will apply (for example, because of the "forced heirship" provision in Dominican law, you cannot leave out your children).

In any case, you should consult a Dominican attorney with knowledge of estate planning.
