How much will it cost to fix up an old apartment?

Like fix the kitchen, rip out the old kitchen cabinets, paint, etc?

How can I go about finding a person who will do this type of work?

A friend of mine who is an architect did this for his own place and has the contacts / skills to have it executed and supervised as well. I'll pm you his details.
