good not expensive photographer for a beach session?

Hi there, I will need to make a photo session on the beach.
Wondering if you guys know a good photographer which is a good one and also dont charge you a ridiculous high amount of dollars due to your white face or the place you come from ...
If you can tell me average prices would be great!

Hi, Call Carlos Pena @ 809-399-2889. We have used him for our wedding about a month ago. He is based out of Puerto Plata. Good guy....charged half of what the others were trying to rip me of with.
