Filling a 65,000 Litre pool in Sosua

Does anyone have an idea how much it costs to fill a 65,000 litre pool using a standard water truck in Sosua?

65,000 liters is about 17,105 gallons, the big water trucks are usually between 3,000 to 4,000 gallons, majority being 3,000 3,500 gallon range, so here in SD about RD$7,330.00 more or less.

Does it need to be fresh water ?

If it has an infinity edge, salty water is better .

I have seen pools filled directly from the ocean.

In Canada, we filled ours from the neighbouring stream -- the filter cleans things up in a day or two.
