Can someone please explain the visa process for a Dominican Citizen to visit Aruba. I have a Dominican friend who is trying to meet me in Aruba in late July. How much does it cost for a visa? What paperwork is necessary besides a passport?
He has been trying to explain that I need to write a letter regarding my employment? or that I will be financially responsible for him. Is this correct?
