After getting back from Cabarete today ( with extra cash because of proper channels ) I decided to use those pesos on gasoline to go to the park in Sosua to watch the sun set.
Going down the hill I noticed on the right hand side the former rental property was bulldozed and new condos are being built.
The sad part is the killed and demolished those 2 pine trees that must have bee at least 100 feet tall.
When leaving the park it was nice to see those green trees on a blue sky day and I would say wow.
I won't name the developer as they will get as much goodwill as those that recommend going through proper channels.
Isn't the word PROPER a Latin / Spanish form of PROPINA ?
