We have some very good friends coming for a vist and will be spending some time in El Portillo. We would like to take them to a nice restaurant in Las Terrenas or Samana, for lunch or dinner. We are hoping for something not too expensive and would be like a nice Dominican restaurant, with both people and food, without the loud music. thanks Phil
