Domestic Flights- need advise pls

Hi to you all,

I am looking for scheduled domestic flights within the DR.

So far, I only found great offers with "ACSA- AIR CENTURY", serving Punta Cana, Barahona and Santo Domingo. Any idea what to expect? Are flights ontime, safe and reliable? Any first hand experience?

Also, are there any other companies serving the island on scheduled basis?

Hi:
The only info I could find is through Colonial Travel in the DR. You might want to look at their web site and call them to get the most up to date info on domestic flights. I really have not heard much in the way of feed back on domestic flights. You might want to consider the bus system, such as, Caribe. These buses are very efficient and the price is very good or rent a car and drive yourself. It is not that difficult to get around, however gas is expensive. Are you on a time constraint for travel. If you are not than I would consider taking the bus.
