Apartment rental in Haiti

I've been to Haiti for work twice and stayed in hotels. This time I have to stay 3 month, that's why I'm looking for one-bedroom apartments or studios in Haiti, in the range of USD 1,000-1,300. Safety is foremost. I`ve heard the area of Pegyville is very good.
Could you recommend something?

Most of the expats I know there stay in Petionville, overlooking Port-au-Prince Bay.

Here are two websites I recommend.

For Miami, Florida, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Port Au Prince Haiti, go to the expert: Groupe Immobiler D'Haiti

Peguy Ville is a nice area and is home to current President Martelly.

Other areas that I suggest are Laboule, Thomassin, Pelerin, Tabarre, Morne Calvaire, and Montange Noire.
Kenscoff is another great but is bit of journey up from Petionville.
