I would like some suggest of places to stay during a 4 day trip that is close to the nightlife inexpensive clean and safe thanks

I can really recomend Don Antonio in Sosua. Especially if you are a cheapskate like me 
Only con is it is almost too close to the nightlife because there is some noise from clubs and moto's. Its not that bad though. Right now they are re-constructing also...but still...its the most priceworthy I think. Link:

in terms of price rocky's is the cheapest with terra linda being the highest. new garden has a lot of chica traffic whereas the others don't really allow unescorted chicas roaming around.
seabreeze is another hotel not far away from these you might consider.
i personally like terra linda because it has a nice restaurant, a big pool, nice rooms and no chicas roaming the premises.
