I know of two options:

Sal?n Ofelia - on 27 de febrero between Supermercado Tropical and the Codetel offices. It is just a house and I am sorry but I don't have the exact address since I am not in country at the moment.

There is a nail and skin salon on Calle Proyecto #22 off of 27 de febrero - across the street from what used to be a Terra Bus station (past Codetel and before Farmacia Carmen). It is a yellow building on the left side of the street as you turn from the main road. She works by appointment.

can i be so bold to ask what areas of the body? and how permanent effect?
i know that doctora balbuena, a dermatologist, does laser depilation. expensive but i hear worth it.
