Hello, New to the Forum.. But have been living in the DR. since Last May.... I am back in the states now but will be back in December.. I will be looking for long term rental somewhere close to Cap Cana... Punta Cana..

Any recomendations would be helpful..... Middle for the road.. not high end.. not low end.. Reasonable.. But w/ Good Security...

If you need to be near Punta Cana/Cap Cana, the areas you should be looking at are Punta Cana Village, Pueblo B?varo and Residencial B?varo-Punta Cana, maybe even Ciudad Las Canas at the entrance to Cap Cana. There is a lot available so best to wait until you're here to look round and see what's on offer. If B?varo is OK, look in Cocotal, Cortecito, Los Corales, White Sands etc. The same applies - plenty of apartments and houses available for rent.
