I'm from the UK, 34 years old, I'll be here for three months. I'm looking for somewhere fairly safe, reasonably quiet and ideally with access to a swimming pool, or with a swimming pool close by. I can pay up to around $200 a month.

You may want to look around Bani for that price range. Clean, safe and lots of pools close by.
