I've heard about another incredible new requirement now that states that permanent residents will have to obtain a special re-entry permit to renew permanent residency if it expires while the person is outside of the Dominican Republic.
Does anyone know if there's any truth to this, and if so, how to get one and how much it costs? Thanks!
