[h=5]Mayor Ilana Neumann of Sos?a has ordered last Friday, December 15, at the municipal Public Works to repair the potholes in the streets in Sos? before Christmas. Due to the heavy rains of the past few months, many roads in and around Sos?a are in bad shape. Early in the morning we saw at several places in El Batey and Charamicos employees of the municipality service at work filling the holes with asphalt.[/h]

Also on the highway between Puerto Plata - Sos?a and Cabarete most of the dangerous potholes are filled with asphalt. The mayor wants to increase road safety in view of the increasing traffic during the holidays.[/h]
