A long shot but are these defaults different in DR. They woud normally be Admin - Admin or password but I'm not getting any joy. Any ideas?

Default username and passwords for Huawei routers
Linksys has a reset button in the back, and gives you the default password on their website, I assume other router manu's do the same.
if you got this router from claro then the password and user name is the s/n on the router, or try admin as username and s/n for password
