After doing much research on the Caribe Tour website, Bavaro express and Metro Pac... I was unable to find my answer.( and searching here) I want to send a package to Mao Valverde... can I send it by Bavaro express and have it transferred to Caribe tours? If not then I guess it will have to go Metro pac to Santiago.

You would have to arrange for someone in Santo Domingo to pick it up from Expreso B?varo or Metropac and take it to CaribeTours, otherwise, as you say, the only option would be to send it via Metropac to Santiago and your contact in Mao would have to collect it from there. We have relatives in Mao so we've also explored all the options. :)
