Gold's Gym opening in Higuey

For those living in Higuey, a Gold's Gym branch will be opening this month. It'll be located at La Sirena, right next to Payless on the right hand side. Went to visit it yesterday and it looks pretty nice. They should have the equipment installed in the next few days. I just wish they were closer to Punta Cana...

I just heard that the gym in Punta Cana Village - Go Fit - recently closed down without warning. Their running costs must have been humungous so whoever steps into that gap would be well advised to get more modest premises.
