There will be a bunch of "Tales-of-Corruption" in the press, then "NADA" will come of the "investigation", and life in the DR will repeat it's self!
You see these stories every time a president leaves office here.
There "IS", "Honor-Among-Thieves" here in the "Political Process"!
I think the DR Constitution should be re-written, to have a mandatory 15 years prison sentence for all presidents, and their "Enablers", as they leave office!

I was listening to LaZ yesterday, Gobierno de la Tarde... it sums up as:
Legal money becoming illicit funds by the act of having them accepted through a foundation headed by L.F.
Having L.F. accepted the money directly, it would be illegal act. Having it accepted through foundation, the legal money became illicit (because of L.F. heading the foundation, and as such, cannot accept the money), and passing them through the foundation became the money laundering.
That roughly sums it up.
