You really need to read more often, this happened and was reported almost a month ago around January 31, 2013. It was even posted on DR1 back then.

I've been watching a show called "To Catch A Smuggler" based at JFK and majority of the smugglers they show are ones coming from the DR.
Most of the ones I've seen are either from the british caribbean or americans coming from the british caribbean....
February only has 28 days, cut The Op some slack, perhaps he is new to the internet?
