The national library "Biblioteca Nacional Pedro Henr?quez Ure?a" was recently expanded and redesigned. This is the largest and most important library in the country, located at the Plaza de la Cultura in Santo Domingo.
Rate the end result of what many of you (tourists included) helped pay, with 5 meaning its excellent and 1 horrible. Don't rate this based on whether you think it was a good investment or not, but on the actual results! You can discuss whether it was a good investment in this thread, but don't vote based on that.
