Best place to stop and exchange money on the road from POP Airport to Cofresi

I would like to know the best place to exchange money and buy an Orange callind card for my cell phone en route to Cofresi from the airport as I don't want to do it in the airport and I will be staying briefly in an all inclusive hotel and won't have the opportunity there. Any and all suggestions would be helpful.

Any particular reason why because you can do this there. I know SDQ, for instance, has a bank reserve with a rate of 40. 75. I haven't looked around POP lately, but there may be a decent option there.

ask the driver to stop at cambio RUSA, generally all cambio houses have the same rates. or at banco popular on manolo tavarez justo (longer wait and they will ask you for an ID).

As soon as you are on the main road after leaving the airport, after the air base, 1km, first gas station on right SUNIX, rate 40.50 and has orange card ect....
