Tuesday 4 June President Danilo Medina inaugurated a RD$48 million computerized parking system built for the Superintendence of Insurance offices in Santo Domingo. The parking system has capacity for 98 vehicles. Superintendent of Insurance Euclides Gutierrez Felix said that the parking lot was built with funds from the Superintendence. The Superintendence parking lot was built by Japan Parking System and completed by Shandong Qiing Iron Tower Co.

A RD$48 million system for 98 vehicles seems a tad expensive. What did they actually get for their money.
