Or a back physiotherapist that anyone can recommend for lower back pain ( not sure about a chiropractor ) as I think the pain is nerve or muscle related

Hi...the only "semi" decent folks I can suggest you check out are IRO in Puerto Plata, on Calle Francisco J Peynado #2 = Tel 809 261 4805....

I hope the pain isnt something as serious as to what mine was...They use some "old school" techniques, but they all seem to work

there is also an australian lady at millenium spa cabarete who comes recommended but expensive
