Hey Viajero, that music video "Le Dio Pami." As the discerning salsero that I feel I am, I am critical of all productions. This one passes the grade.

BOROJOL!!!!!!! A classic. Now, is this the same Rey Reyes that spent sometime in the can. I think not. I may be wrong but I believe the other was Boricua of Cuban. Also, is Borojol about a barrio in the DR? I always thought the lyrics had to do with Borough Hall in the BK.

CANARIOOOOOOOOOOOO! One of the all time great soneros. Up there w/Celia, DeLeon, Maelo, and but few others.

Just a side story: Many years ago when Fernandito was banned from traveling into the US, he had a concert in Toronto that my wife and I drove to from NYC. We met and took pictures w/the then popular DJ El Boy de Bonao (El Boi). We thought then that we were in a small group of those that could say that we had seen Fernandito live. As it turned out he appeared the very next back in NYC. I remember thinking with surprise also that Toronto was the staging place for Dominican entertainment. From the looks of this video it seems that the phenomenon survives.
