Last night, my fiancee finally got her electricty on after 4 days of outage and she told me that there was a serious shootings and some people died. I wonder what is happening and why?
Does 4 days sounds too long for a outage? Last time I was in DR, my longest was 1 1/2 days but this one, 4 days, don't you think its too much and too harsh for DR to suffer that long?
