Does anyone know if there is a company here in SD that does video editing?

Dominican video editing.... hahaha, their TV programs looks like sh#t, even in Eastern Europe in late 80's they had a better picture quality and editing.

My son Fabio is in his 4th. year at APEC here in SD, studying "Publicity".
He works part time for a company with offices located in the Diamond Mall.
They do commercial, as well as private video production, and editing.
He can do the editing here in our house, he has all the computer capability/capacity, needed, or work through the company, depending on your needs, and/or, volume of work!
