The "Caoba" wood in the doors, closets and kitchen are gorgeous.
The views breathtaking!!!
I have lived here for 16 years, and almost never recommend buying real estate here.
However, baring any "Title" problems, and having a good lawyer handle the paper work, you place is a "STEAL"!!!!
If someone here on DR1 doesn't snap your place up, NOW, they are crazy!
