It got shut down a week ago thursday, but somebody told me they were back open. So yes they got closed, but not confirmed they are still closed.

Lawsuit against illegal closure is on Monday in POP.
(Unless postponed of course.)

Voluntarily closed, I hear, until the legal decision finalised.

Doesn't really make sense. If they want to clean up the street where tourists can see, Passions and CMP seem like great solutions. Keeps the "unsavory" activity away from the eyes of the innocent tourists and their children.

Of course, Passions and CMP are technically illegal (pimping) while the scene on Pedro Clisante is not.
