Hotel Roma / Hotel Roma 2

I liked Roma 1 better than the Roma 2. I think the rooms are better in Roma 1.If you are not in 3rd floor room in Roma 2 the street noise is bothersome. I changed my room twice. There's a room at Roma 2 that has a permanent squeak. The front desk guys know about it. They don't know what it is.
I ended up going to Roma 1 after 2 nights at Roma 2.

There is a price difference between the two. Roma 1 is less expensive. Roma 2 has an elevator, Roma 1 has none, and getting from the lobby to the first floor can be rough (depending on how much Brugal Extra Viego you've had to drink). Those steps are steep! Nevertheless, I like Roma 1 and I will probably stay there on my next trip. [BTW, just Google or do a Yahoo search for Aparta Hotel Roma.]

Roma 1 can be very noisy, there is a taxi rank outside and the drivers tend to talk (shout) at each other from 4am onwards.
