I need flowers for my anniversary .
what city? there is a nice florist in POP, close to tropical supermarket, called floristeria constanza. they have nice flowers and make flower arrangements too. not expensive at all. you can also buy flowers from street sellers, they are in few places including the street outside tropical. they have lots of different flowers and can make a simple bouquet for you.

There's a florist opposite the cattholic church in Charimicos. They don't deliver but often have nice flowers. Also, directly opposite Playero (as DV8 said) there's a place that has wedding dresses in the window. They have a limited range of flowers for sale.
also a florist in Cabarete in front of what used to be Rancho de Toro. This is in the right side coming into Cab from Sosua, after Punta Goleta and before the gas station.Its just a small tienda and im not sure just what they sell but may save a drive to pop
