Construction At City Lights?

When I walked by City Lights about 6 pm, a truck was delivering a load of blocks and bags of cement. It's been closed for some time. Is another attempt going to be made?

That site has had how many.... three or four very successful owners, LOL!
They do have a cute pool, in the back, the size of a large bathtub.

I must say the original renovation had really nice private locking bathroom stalls with TP.
Someone stole the seats , what a surprise.
What is with the Dominican tradition of stealing toilet seats, do they really fetch that much on the black market?

When the window effects take hold, that location might have value. It's a slow train east. It's a Willy chu chu. All aboard, or is it all bored? Might be years,but it might be. No prediction. That's suicidal in this town. Contradictions abound.
