OK, i got the answer: my friends, Jeff & Ashley, paid $2500 U.S to fly from Punta Cana to Cabarete last year on a helicopter.

Frank, Thank you so much, I think that's a little steep for a few guys on a bachelor party but you only live once, not sure about everyones' budget but Im sure a few wouldn't mind the tab. We will see how many are willing to pony up for the ride. Not to push your generosity but any contact info would be appreciated.
