Anyway, in case anyone would be interested, I received an email from Progreso that says American Express is offering a 10% discount on the Villa Rentals at Casa de Campo for the Elton John concert on the 28th of February.

I do not know if this is for all American Express cards or only the AMEX from Progreso so better to call and find out. It also mentions that if you have the Progreso AMEX that you can use your accumulated points beginning at 65,000 to pay for the digs.
