was bored on tv last nite and turned on hgtv and low and behold my beloved cabarete was on . they had a house in the hills above sousa nice but isolated , they had the condos that are right across the street from the waterfront restaurant . they were nice but looked down on the parking lot back there . and then there was "nanny estates " in cabarete. I have always loved them as when I first came down 10 years ago I looked to buy there and I wished I had. the price was great and they are the best located between town and the kite beach. needless to say they picked the nanny estates for the view from the rooftop deck and the possibility of rentals.
