American has been asked to be the President of a Dominican Republic Foundation can this be done?...is there any legal issues he could/might face from good old Uncle Sam?...Thanks in advance.

Prospective president???????? and you're soliciting the dr1 board, you must have capital w/no idea. I'd say PM Guzman, or another attorney.

Hey, I did not have the proper answer, from what I have been told it's a foundation and my friend was asked to to be president, there is no $$$ invlove. I was just worried about maybe their is some legal issuse he might face. Very good person volunteer his time in NYC and always taking about helping others...
