travelling from POP to Haiti

Could someone tell me if there are tours to Haiti from Puerto Plata?
I am interested in seeing the Citadelle, Cap Haitian and other interesting places.
What i am not looking for is visiting Haitian family, Dominican family etc...the typical tourist tours.
I am living in the DR for over 20 years and never ever went to Haiti!!!!

Any guidance is more than appreciated! Or is some DR1 member living in Haiti?

Mathilda, do you have any recommendations for hotel in Haiti?
